About RRB NTPC

 RRB NTPC 2022: In 2019, Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) released an official notification to recruit eligible aspirants for various posts of Non-Technical Popular Categories (NTPC) like Accounts Clerk cum Typist, Commercial cum Ticket Clerk, Junior Clerk cum Typist, Goods Guard, etc in various regions of Railways for a total of 35,281  vacancies. 

The Railway Recruitment Board has successfully conducted the CBT 2 exam on the 9th & 10th May 2022 for Level 4 & Level 6 posts. RRB released the official RRB NTPC CBT 1 result on 14th January 2022, which was later revised on 30th March 2022 because of a protest.  In this article, we have discussed all the detailed information regarding the RRB NTPC 2022.  1.26 crore applications from undergraduate and graduate candidates were received by the railways from all over India. It had been the talk of the town for a long time now. Under Graduate Posts with Minimum Educational Qualification of 12th (+2 Stage) or its equivalent examination. Graduate Posts with Minimum Educational Qualification of a University Degree or its equivalent. Those awaiting results of the final examination of the prescribed minimum educational qualification SHOULD NOT apply. Important PointsCandidates can apply to only one RRB.Application to more than one RRB, will lead to rejection of all the applications.Any attempt to submit more than one application by a candidate against this CEN shall result in disqualification and debarment.If candidates are eligible for more than one level of 7th CPC posts, then he can apply for those postsThe candidates are required to indicate their Post-wise and Railway/Production Unit (PU) wise preferences very carefully.Those awaiting results of the final examination for the prescribed qualification are not eligible and hence should not apply.

UR & OBC: Rs. 500/- Out of this fee of Rs.500/-, an amount of Rs.400/- shall be refunded duly deducting bank charges, on appearing in First Stage CBT. SC / ST / Ex-Serviceman / PWDs / Female / Transgender / Minorities / Economically backward class : Rs. 250/- This fee of Rs.250/- shall be refunded duly deducting bank charges, on appearing in First Stage CBT. RRB NTPC 2019: Exam Pattern The recruitment process will involve the following stages of examination:1st Stage Computer Based Test (CBT)2nd Stage Computer Based Test (CBT)Typing Skill Test/Computer Based Aptitude Test (as applicable)Document Verification/Medical Examination.
In case the candidate wishes to choose any other language, then the same can be selected from the drop down list of languages. The languages listed are Assamese, Bengali, Gujarati, Hindi, Kannada, Konkani, Malayalam, Manipuri, Marathi, Odia, Punjabi, Tamil, Telugu and Urdu. In case of any difference/ discrepancy/dispute in the Questions between English and the opted language, the content of English version shall prevail.

RRB NTPC Stage-2 Exam Pattern ///////////////////////////////////////////////////////// table missing//////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////   Separate 2nd Stage CBT shall be taken for each of the 7th CPC Level i.e. Level 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 with graded difficulty level. All posts falling within same level of 7th CPC shall have a common 2nd stage CBT (as mentioned in the above table).The exam duration for PWD candidates is 120 Minutes.Negative marking of 1/3 is there.The level of questions will be different for different level of posts.Normalization of marks will be done.

  (Only for candidates who have opted for Traffic Assistant and Station Master) Qualifying marks: The candidates need to secure a minimum T-Score of 42 marks in each of the test batteries to qualify.This is applicable to all candidates irrespective of community or category and no relaxation in the minimum T- Score is permissible.Candidates will have to qualify in each of the test batteries of CBAT for considering them for the post of SM/TA.The CBAT shall have questions and answer options only in English and Hindi.There shall be no negative marking in CBAT.Merit list will be drawn only from amongst the candidates qualifying in the CBAT, with 70% weightage for the marks obtained in the 2nd Stage CBT and 30% weightage for the marks obtained in CBAT.
Typing Skill Test (TST)Qualifying in natureEight times the number of vacancies will be called for typing test.The candidates should be able to type 30 words per minute (WPM) in English or 25 WPM in Hindi on Personal Computer only without editing tools and spell check facility.

Based on the performance of candidates in 2nd Stage CBT and based on the performance of candidates in both 2nd Stage CBT and CBAT/TST (as applicable), candidates equal to the number of vacancies will be called for Document Verification as per their merit and options.
